Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a PRN to Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to support our therapy team at our newly acquired senior campuses in Pigeon Falls and Whitehall, WI. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate and flexible OT looking to provide high-quality care with the potential to grow into a regular part-time position.

Your Role Includes
- Evaluating residents and developing personalized treatment plans
- Helping patients regain independence in daily living tasks (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and self‑care
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Documenting progress according to regulatory and company standards
What We're Looking For
- Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- A passion for working with older adults in a skilled nursing setting
- Dependability, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
