Elara Caring is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Watertown, MA for an ongoing staff position with a 4-day work week option. The role offers an hourly wage of $41–$58 and a sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include evaluations, developing care plans, delivering therapy, educating families, supervising aides, and participating in discharge planning. Travel within coverage area is required, with strong emphasis on home-based care.

Competenze

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• 1+ year of clinical experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Current, unrestricted OT license for Massachusetts.
