Hilltop Park Post Acute in Denver, CO is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative, inter-disciplinary team in providing on-site therapy services to residents. The role features two large rehab gyms and a supportive environment focused on compassionate care.

The successful candidate will hold a CO OT license and work full-time, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, a 401k with match, PTO and sick leave.

• Current Occupational Therapist license in CO.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services to residents as part of an inter-disciplinary team.
• Deliver onsite rehab services to help residents regain independence.
• Collaborate with rehab gyms and staff to create individualized plans.
• Document and communicate progress to team and residents.
