Hilltop Park Post Acute is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our compassionate, team-oriented facility. This full-time role focuses on providing high-quality rehabilitation services onsite to help residents regain independence.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO.
