Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist required.
• Experience working in a hospital or rehabilitation facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and documents findings.
• Develops individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provides safe and effective treatment interventions with appropriate documentation.
• Regularly reassesses patient progress and communicates changes to the care team.
• Maintains compliant billing documentation and supports care coordination.
