Job summary

Winter Haven Post-Acute and Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist - OTR/L to join our busy nursing home team. We offer fulltime and PRN opportunities for a dedicated professional.

You will evaluate residents, develop and implement treatment plans, and supervise COTAs to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care. LTC/SNF experience is preferred and a compassionate, team-focused approach is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited college.
• Unencumbered OT license in the state in which we operate.
• LTC/SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Occupational Therapist’s duties include providing therapy services to residents including evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment plans, and supervising COTAs in the implementation of treatment plans.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy

Unencumbered OT license in the state in which we operate

LTC/SNF experience preferred
