Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Willingboro in Willingboro, NJ is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a 69-bed facility serving patients in the greater Philadelphia area. The schedule is full-time, 8am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday, with compensation ranging from $35.00 to $51.00 per hour based on experience and credentials.

You will participate in discharge planning, supervise OTAs, conduct therapy, monitor progress, and engage in continuing education.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required.
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discharge planning for each patient, including placement and family education.
• Supervise OTAs and OT/COTA students during therapy sessions.
• Conduct individual patient therapy regimens.
• Monitor patients’ responses to treatment and adjust plans as needed.
• Participate in continuing education seminars and in-services.
