Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist for our Wheaton, IL clinic. You will assess clients, implement pediatric-focused interventions, and coach families to maintain progress in therapy.

We value creativity, teamwork, and dedication to neurodiverse pediatric clients, with a structured mentorship and strong leadership to support growth and development.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Successfully pass the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• OT licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients for adaptations and use of special equipment when necessary.
• Identify and implement therapeutic interventions that help develop client’s fine motor skills, cognition, language skills, self care skills, regulation, and more.
• Provide support and guidance to the clients’ family enabling them to foster the behaviors and practices implemented in treatment.
