Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our care team in Wabash, Indiana. The OT provides a full range of occupational therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment.

Position Overview

Job Summary

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

Licenses and Certifications

Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration

Current valid CPR certification, preferred

Qualifications
