Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Indiana is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver a full range of OT services, including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary team. This role requires a degree in Occupational Therapy, a current state OT license, CPR certification preferred, and 0–1 years of experience.

You will conduct assessments, implement plans, educate patients and families, and document progress.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Job Summary

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.
