Job summary

United Health Services (UHS) in New York’s Southern Tier is seeking a licensed occupational therapist to deliver patient evaluations and treatments for inpatient and outpatient services. You will ensure timely delivery, accurate documentation, and compliance with quality and safety standards within a hospital-based setting.

The role requires a NYS OT license (eligibility acceptable) with a Bachelor’s degree, and a Master’s degree is preferred. NBCOT certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy with Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• CPR certification within first 3 months of employment.
• NYS license or eligibility to be licensed as an occupational therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for inpatient and/or outpatient services.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and reliable delivery of therapy and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with quality, service, and environment of care standards.

Provides occupational therapy patient evaluations and treatments for inpatient and/or outpatient services, as well as associated clinical documentation.
