GenPhysio Occupational Therapists provide a diverse range of care to the community; from assessments and early intervention with children & adults, FCAs, home mods, assistive technology, mental health, rehab and online health options and so much more - we love to work with our Clinicians to develop their caseloads based on their areas of interest and skillsets for a continually engaging career experience.
How does GenPhysio support our OTs?
- Guided orientation into your new role - support to gradually establish your caseload, shadowing with fellow OTs and ensuring you feel confident in a new role.
- Supervision -support from our in-house experienced team of Occupational Therapy Supervisors in 1:1 and group settings.
- Build your caseload based on your learning/interests.
- MDT catch ups with your team of fellow OTs, Speechies, Physios, PODs, Dietitians and Exercise Physiologists.

What is needed to work as an OT at GenPhysio?
- Tertiary qualifications as Occupational Therapist & AHPRA registration
- National Police Check, First Aid, and CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Public Indemnity (PI) Insurance with a minimum of $10m cover (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Workers screening (or willing to obtain)
- Current driver's license
- Ability to legally work in Australia
