Job summary

Tuttle Care Center in Oklahoma is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess residents, develop personalized treatment plans, and set short- and long-term goals.

You will communicate findings with residents and families, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, oversee COTA, and ensure documentation and billing align with reimbursement practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Occupational Therapy license in practicing state(s).
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular screening of residents to determine best interventions.
• Evaluate residents to inform treatment plans with goals.
• Interpret and communicate findings to residents, families, and team.
• Establish resident therapy schedules in cooperation with the team.
• Conduct therapy per plan and ensure proper documentation and billing.
• Oversee COTA and ensure documentation and treatments are compliant.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure clinical excellence and reimbursement.
