Job summary

Supplemental Health Care, Inc. seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative school team in Lake Luzerne, NY, helping students reach their educational potential and daily functioning.

You will evaluate students, develop and implement IEP-driven treatment plans, provide direct and consultative OT services, and collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers. You will also maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and possess an active OT license in the state of practice.
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience is welcomed but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills are essential.
