BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the Ocean County Visits team in New Jersey. You will provide one-on-one home health care to adult and geriatric clients, helping them stay safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes throughout Ocean County.

What You’ll Do

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you’ll play an integral role in helping clients maximize independence and improve their quality of life by:

• Providing skilled home visits within designated territories.
• Performing comprehensive evaluations of functional abilities, including ADLs, IADLs, mobility, cognition, communication, and home safety.
• Developing individualized treatment plans to improve functional outcomes and independence.
• Assessing home environments and recommending adaptive equipment and modifications.
• Collaborating with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient‑centered care.
• Educating patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic interventions and safety strategies.
• Accurately documenting assessments, treatments, and patient progress using electronic medical records.
• Participating in interdisciplinary care planning to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Occupational Therapist (OT) license or license‑eligible.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• New graduates strong encouraged to apply!
• Prior home health experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical, organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
• Experience with EMR documentation preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation:

$63.00‑$68.00 per point ( $93,600‑$106,080 annual earning potential)
