BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Ocean County Visits team in New Jersey. You’ll provide meaningful, one-on-one care that helps adults stay safe and independent in their homes throughout Ocean County.

Base pay is contingent on qualifications with strong clinical support, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for professional growth. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Competenze

• Current New Jersey OT license or license-eligible.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Prior home health experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
• Experience with EMR documentation preferred.

• Providing skilled home visits within designated territories.
• Performing comprehensive evaluations of functional abilities, including ADLs, IADLs, mobility, cognition, communication, and home safety.
• Developing individualized treatment plans to improve functional outcomes and independence.

• Collaborating with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.
• Educating patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic interventions and safety strategies.

What You'll Do

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you'll play an integral role in helping clients maximize independence and improve their quality of life by:

• Providing skilled home visits within designated territories.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation:

$63.00-$68.00 per point ($93,600-$106,080 annual earning potential)
