Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Terre Haute, IN seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver comprehensive OT services in an interdisciplinary team. You’ll assess patients, plan treatments, and implement interventions to improve daily living skills.

Must hold an OT degree and licensure with CPR preferred. We value collaboration, documentation, and patient-family education to support recovery and independence.

Position Overview

Job Summary

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

Licenses and Certifications

Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration
Current valid CPR certification, preferred.

Qualifications

Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Experience: 0-1 years
