Job summary

Osborn Health in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist with certification in Lipedema and Lymphedema to join our in-house rehab program.

You will screen and treat patients with cognitive and ADL impairments, use standardized assessments, and provide medically necessary therapy in accordance with standards; pay is $42–$50 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Certification in Lipedema, Lymphedema, and/or Lipidemia required.
• Experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
• Ability to work in a rehabilitation setting with geriatric clients.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL functioning disorders and develop a care plan.
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to guide interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment per regulatory requirements.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures as part of the plan of care.

Osborn Health in Scottsdale, AZ , is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapistwith certification in Lipedema, Lymphedema, and or Lipidemia for our in-house rehab program!

• Effectively screens/evaluates patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders and develops appropriate plan of care following all regulatory and clinical practice standards.
• Utilizes standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
