Cole Health in Texas is hiring Pediatric Occupational Therapists to join our San Marcos and Schertz clinics. This split full-time role offers flexible scheduling, mentorship, and a collaborative team dedicated to improving children's outcomes.

You will work with OTRs and COTAs, enjoy sign-on bonus options, and access comprehensive benefits including PTO, holidays, 401(k), and mental health support. Spanish language skills are a plus.

Formación

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas is required.

Competitive Compensation

• OTR $70,000 – $85,000 annually, based on experience and 40 hour work week
• COTA $59,000-$65,000 annually, based on experience and 40 hour work week
• Paid based on clock-in/clock-out
• Flexible models may include additional pay-per-visit options if desired
