What You’ll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of functional limitations while developing individualized plans of care based on their needs and goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
• Developing individualized treatment plans
• Providing direct, hands‑on therapeutic interventions
• Addressing ADLs, strength, coordination, balance, endurance, cognition, and safety
• Training patients in adaptive equipment and compensatory strategies
• Performing upper-extremity and functional rehabilitation
• Educating patients, families, and caregivers
• Monitoring progress and modifying treatment plans as needed
• Collaborating closely with PT, ST, nursing, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Preparing patients for safe transitions home or to their next level of care

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who values clinical excellence, functional treatment, and meaningful patient relationships.

• Current or eligible California Occupational Therapist license
