Job summary

H2 Health Prime Living seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver 1:1 care in a luxury senior living community in Carbondale. The role involves evaluating and treating a geriatric caseload with a mix of conditions, requiring independent and collaborative decision-making to meet patient needs. Education: OT program graduate; licensure active or eligible.

Experience preferred, but new grads are welcome. Pay ranges between $48.00 and $54.00 per hour, with full benefits and ongoing professional

Are you looking to provide 1:1 care while seeing all your patients under one roof? H2 Health Prime Living has the pleasure to provide care as an Occupational Therapist in a luxury senior living community in Carbondale!

This position will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric caseload 1:1 with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, neurologic movement disorders, ADLs, and cognitive decline. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.

Requirements

What You'll Need:

Education: A graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Experience: Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome!

Qualifications: An active or eligible state license to practice.

Pay Range: $48.00 - 54.00 per hour, depending on experience and credentials.
