Job summary

Parkhouse Nursing and Rehab Center in Royersford, PA is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing team. You will evaluate and treat residents in a SNF/LTC setting and develop individualized treatment plans that help patients regain independence.

This role welcomes new grads and supports growth. You’ll work with Net Health and PointClickCare, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and bring compassion, humor, and strong clinical skills to everyday rehab.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in PA or eligible.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred but not required.
• Familiar with Net Health and PCC or quick learner.
• Team player with compassion and good communication.

Full-Time Occupational Therapist
Parkhouse Nursing and Rehab Center – Royersford, PA

We're seeking a dedicated Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing/long-term care team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Evaluating and treating residents in a SNF/LTC setting

• Creating individualized, functional treatment plans that actually make a difference

• Helping patients regain independence in daily living skills (and cheering them on while they do it)

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team that truly values rehab

• Documenting care using Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC)

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania (or eligible)

• Experience in SNF/LTC preferred—but not required

• Comfortable with Net Health and PCC—or willing to learn quickly

• A team player who can balance clinical skill with compassion and a little personality
