Job summary

Pediatric Health Consultants Inc is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services in Oakland County, MI. The role offers full and/or part-time schedules in a school setting, with pediatric/school experience preferred.

Must hold a current Michigan OT license and an OT degree at the bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral level. Responsibilities include screening, evaluations, treatment planning, collaboration with staff and parents, and possible supervision of COTAs.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in Michigan.
• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Pediatric/school experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screening and evaluation of students.
• Standardized test administration.
• Treatment plan development and implementation.
• Consultation with teachers and parents.
• Educating and working with educational staff and parents.

Pediatric Health Consultants, a well-established contract company that has been in business for over 40 years, is currently looking for an Occupational Therapist to work full and/or part-time in a school setting in Oakland County, MI. Pediatric/school experience preferred.

Responsibilities include screening and evaluation, standardized test administration, treatment plan development and implementation, consultation, educating and working with other educational staff and parents; supervision of COTAs if needed, attendance at staff and parent meetings and IEPs/IFSPs as applicable.
