Job summary

Raleigh Pediatric Speech & Occupational Therapy in Raleigh, NC is seeking a full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team and support children in our clinic and local preschools.

You will work with a collaborative group, have access to a sensory gym, an established referral network, administrative support, and mentorship from an experienced pediatric OT to help you grow. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current or eligible North Carolina OT licensure.
• NBCOT certification preferred or required.
• Strong interest in working with children and families; pediatric experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric OT evaluations and provide therapy in clinic and community settings.
• Collaborate with SLP and OT teammates to support developmental goals.
• Deliver individualized, evidence-based interventions with family involvement.

We are looking for a full‑time Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing interdisciplinary practice in Raleigh, NC.

This position is a great fit for an OT who wants to work with children while having the support and resources of an established pediatric practice. You'll have access to a fully equipped sensory gym, an established referral network, dedicated administrative support, and mentorship from an experienced pediatric OT.

New graduates with a strong interest in pediatrics are encouraged to apply.

About the Position

This is a full‑time pediatric OT position providing evaluation and treatment in our Raleigh clinic and select preschools and daycares in the community.

Our therapists work with children with a variety of developmental, sensory, motor, self‑care, and functional needs. We value individualized care, collaboration, and providing clinicians with the resources and support they need to do their best work.

Schedule: Monday-Friday with flexibility

Setting: Pediatric outpatient clinic, private practice, preschools and daycares

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current or eligible for North Carolina Occupational Therapy licensure
• NBCOT certification
• Strong interest in working with children and families
• Pediatric experience welcomed but not required for the right candidate
