Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Occupational Therapist (pediatrics) in Texas to perform comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver in-home therapy services. The role emphasizes clinical judgment, family engagement, and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other therapists.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create holistic treatment plans.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation reflecting care provided and changes to plans.
• Participate in one-on-one meetings with team leads to review patient progress and refine strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.
• Actively participate in one-on-one meetings with team leads to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies collaboratively.

Requirements

• A valid, active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Texas
• Current BLS/CPR License
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automotive insurance
• Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
