Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver in-home therapy across Texas. You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy under physician orders, while collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary care team.

The role requires a valid Texas license, BLS/CPR certification, reliable transportation, and bilingual communication. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations, using standardized tests to determine pediatric patients' needs for therapy.
• Use your clinical judgment to develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders.
• Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a wide range of diagnoses.
• Engage with patients' families, providing them with regular communication and updates on goals for their child.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.
• Actively participate in one-on-one meetings with team leads to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies collaboratively.

Requirements
