Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home pediatric therapy in Denver, CO. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to address each child's needs.

You will engage families with regular updates on progress and goals, maintaining thorough documentation and participating in team meetings to refine strategies and ensure holistic care.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado Occupational Therapy license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Perform comprehensive evaluations, using standardized tests to determine pediatric patients' needs for therapy.
• Use your clinical judgment to develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders.
• Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a ride range of diagnoses.
• Engage with patients' families, providing them with regular communication and updates on goals for their child.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.
• Actively participate in one‑on‑one meetings with team leads to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies collaboratively.

Requirements

• A valid, active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Colorado
• Current BLS/CPR License
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automotive insurance
• Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
