Job summary

The Springs of Hillcrest in Prescott, AR is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team. You will evaluate residents, design treatment plans, and work with COTAs to ensure seamless care in a compassionate long-term care setting.

This role offers flexible PRN scheduling, weekend coverage if needed, competitive pay, and a supportive team atmosphere focused on improving daily living activities for residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Arkansas OT license or eligibility.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Flexibility to work PRN hours, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of residents' functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve ADLs and functional independence.
• Collaborate with COTAs and other rehab team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per facility and regulatory standards.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy techniques and care plans.
• Contribute to discharge planning and recommendations for continued care.
