Job summary

The Springs of Hillcrest in Prescott, AR is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team working in a skilled nursing setting. The role focuses on comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and collaboration with the rehab staff to ensure consistent care.

You will educate residents and families, contribute to discharge planning, and maintain meticulous documentation while supporting flexible PRN hours, including weekends if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active OT license in Arkansas (or eligible for licensure).
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work PRN hours, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve ADLs and functional independence.
• Collaborate with COTAs and other rehab team members to ensure continuity of care.
