Job summary

The Springs of Hillcrest in Prescott, AR is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated rehab team in a welcoming skilled nursing setting.

You will evaluate residents, create and implement individualized plans to improve ADLs and independence, collaborate with COTAs, document meticulously, educate families, and contribute to discharge planning while upholding compassionate, high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active OT license in Arkansas (or eligible for licensure).
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work PRN hours, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of residents’ functional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve ADLs and functional independence
• Collaborate with COTAs and other rehab team members to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per facility and regulatory standards
• Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy techniques and care plans
