The Occupational Therapist will provide direct patient care focused on hand and upper extremity rehabilitation, supporting individuals recovering from surgery, injury, or chronic conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing therapeutic interventions, fabricating or adjusting splints, and documenting progress in accordance with clinical standards. The role also involves collaborating closely with Dr. Yang and other clinical staff, educating patients and families on home exercise programs, and contributing to continuous improvement of care protocols.
