Banner Rehabilitation Hospital in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time role. The position offers a sign-on bonus of $10,000 and a comprehensive orientation program to support a smooth transition into our inpatient rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist.
• Certified BLS or completion within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plans according to patient needs and physician directions.
• Delegates and directs all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients to ensure functional return to community activities.
• Educates patients, families, students, coworkers and self.
• Performs other professional duties related to patient care and program delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required.
• Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment is required.
