Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• BLS certification or completion within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plans as directed by the physician.
• Delegates and directs therapy services for assigned patients to ensure functional recovery.
• Educates patients, families, students, coworkers, and self about therapy and rehab goals.
• Performs other professional duties related to patient care and program delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required.
• Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment is required.
