Job summary

Big Apple Therapy Associates (BATA) seeks a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to deliver services under the IFSP in the child’s natural environments, including homes and daycares, with flexible scheduling and supportive staff.

You will coach caregivers, collaborate with a tight-knit clinical team, prepare progress reviews, and help children birth to three reach developmental goals through individualized therapy and family-centered strategies.

Qualifications

• New Jersey Occupational Therapy License required.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow each child’s IFSP to reach documented goals.
• Coach and provide strategies to caregivers.
• Collaborate with other practitioners on the team.
• Provide services in natural environments such as homes, daycares, and community settings.
