Job summary

Kid Clan Services, Inc. seeks licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) to provide early intervention services to children and families across New Jersey in home and community settings.

This flexible, per-diem/contract role lets you build a caseload based on your availability, with an administrative team to support scheduling and paperwork. Responsibilities include evaluations, IFSP outcomes, and therapy in natural environments to empower families.

Qualifications

• Current NJ OT license required.
• Experience in early intervention or pediatrics preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration and family engagement skills required.

Responsibilities

We are seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) to provide early intervention services to children and families in their homes and community settings across New Jersey. This is a flexible, per-diem/contract position with opportunities to build your caseload based on your availability.

Occupational Therapist (OT) Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for children referred to early intervention.
• Develop individualized family service plan (IFSP) outcomes in collaboration with families and the early intervention team.
• Provide occupational therapy services in natural environments (home, daycare, or community).
• Coach and empower families and caregivers to support their child’s development.
• Complete required documentation in compliance with NJ Early Intervention System (NJEIS) guidelines.

Occupational Therapist (OT) Qualifications:

• Current NJ Occupational Therapist license.
• Experience in early intervention, pediatrics, or related setting strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and family engagement skills.
