Job summary

Kid Clan Services, Inc. is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) to deliver early intervention services to children and families across New Jersey.

This flexible, per-diem/contract role lets you build your caseload based on your availability, with visits in homes and other community settings. You will conduct evaluations, develop IFSP outcomes with families, and provide OT services in natural environments.

Qualifications

• Must hold current NJ Occupational Therapist license.
• Experience in early intervention, pediatrics, or related setting strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and family engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for children referred to early intervention.
• Develop IFSP outcomes in collaboration with families and the early intervention team.
• Provide occupational therapy services in natural environments (home, daycare, or community).
• Coach and empower families and caregivers to support their child’s development.
• Complete required documentation in compliance with NJEIS guidelines.
