Job summary

RehabSource is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing therapy team serving the Oklahoma City metro area.

You’ll evaluate residents, build individualized treatment plans, and deliver focused OT services to improve function, independence, safety, cognition, and activities of daily living. You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team and connect with residents and their families to support meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma Occupational Therapist license, or eligibility for Oklahoma licensure.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass required background screening.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to improve function, independence, safety, cognition, and ADLs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team and engage families in care planning.
