Rehab Solutions is seeking a flexible Occupational Therapist for Home Health across the South Oklahoma City Metro and surrounding areas. The role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN options with supportive leadership and a therapist-led environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible.
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills; ability to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Physical requirements: Ability to lift and assist patients and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
