Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Therapy Services team in Georgia. You will provide evaluations, treatments, and documentation in alignment with individualized care plans, while upholding policy standards and delivering compassionate patient care.

We offer a competitive compensation package up to $130,000 annually, based on experience, plus a generous sign-on bonus and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid professional OT license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of ACOTE accredited program and eligible to take or has passed NBCOT exams.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments following the individualized OT care plan.
• Complete all documentation accurately and timely.
• Follow established policies and procedures related to scope of practice.
• Recognize priorities in patient care and act with sound judgment.
• Complete orientations, in-services, and trainings on time.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized occupational therapy care plan
• Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner
• Follow established policies and procedures as related to the scope of practice
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care showing initiative and sound judgment
• Complete all required orientations, in-services, and trainings successfully and in a timely manner
• Performs other related duties as necessary and as directed by supervisor

Qualifications

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Valid professional OT license in the state of practice
• Graduate of ACOTE accredited school and eligible to take or has passed the NBCOT exams (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy). If foreign-trained, must meet the same qualifications as U.S. educational program requirements
