Synaptic Pediatric Therapies in Texas is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our compassionate team. You will evaluate and treat diverse pediatric needs and develop individualized plans of care to help clients thrive in daily activities such as play, school readiness, self-care, and social participation.

This role emphasizes collaboration with families, ongoing professional development, and HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• A valid Texas state license to practice Occupational Therapy and adherence to the Texas Practice Act & Rules and AOTA Code of Ethics.
• Experience working with children and families in a therapeutic setting.
• Promote independence with gross/fine motor skills, sensory regulation, and cognitive development.
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to professional growth and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities
