Job summary

Premier Pediatric Therapy Services is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to work with children in Houston and surrounding areas. The role offers in-home or hybrid scheduling with the flexibility to accommodate partial remote workloads and variable hours.

We value a playful, patient, team-oriented clinician who can create engaging, evidence-based plans and partner with families to support skill-building at home. Licensing in Texas is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Texas is required.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred; eager new grads welcome.
• Playful, patient, resourceful attitude and strong teamwork.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with families

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home or hybrid pediatric occupational therapy sessions.
• Develop individualized plans targeting fine motor skills, Play, ADLs and sensory needs.
• Educate families to support skill-building at home and in daily activities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and complete documentation

• Educate and empower families to support skill-building at home

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain timely documentation

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Texas

• Pediatric experience preferred (enthusiastic new grads welcome!)
