Job summary

Lumibility in the North Haven area (CT) seeks an Occupational Therapist to support early intervention for children and families. You will design and implement family-centered activities and IFSP-based goals to promote positive developmental outcomes.

This full-time role offers a salary range of $70,000–$86,000, 40 hours/week, and a strong benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid holidays and PTO, licensure reimbursement and stipends).

Qualifications

• CT OT license is required.
• Must have valid United States driver’s license.
• Must have internet access, cell phone, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and assessing children and families to plan, develop, implement, and review curricula and IFSPs to meet developmental needs.
• Completing and maintaining records in accordance with regulations.
• Performing the service coordinator functions to ensure EI services meet outcomes and state standards.

The posted salary range represents the anticipated range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, certifications, specialized skills, geographic location, and other job-related and organizational considerations.

Responsibilities of our Occupational Therapist will include:

• Evaluating and assessing children and families to assist with and planning, development, implementation, and review of curriculums and IFSP's that will meet the individual developmental needs of young children and their families.
• Completing and maintaining records in accordance with applicable regulations and as assigned.
• Performing functions of service coordinator including ensuring that Early Intervention services achieve desired outcomes for families and children served and meet the standards as established by the state’s quality assurance team.

Requirements

• Valid occupational therapy license in the state of CT.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
• Must have internet access, cell phone, and reliable transportation.
