Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate children's functional abilities and daily living skills
• Develop and implement tailored intervention plans to promote children's participation in activities of daily living
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to integrate therapeutic strategies into the children's routines
• Monitor and document progress towards goals, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate and empower family members and other caregivers to support the child’s development and participation in natural environments
• Manage scheduling and caseload based on personal availability and capacity
