Quality Talent Group is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for a client with 30+ years of rehabilitation expertise. The role supports patients across skilled nursing, home health, senior living, outpatient, and hospital settings, with a focus on functional and cognitive restoration.

You'll evaluate and treat diverse cases, develop individualized care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if state requires it.
• Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Ensure all physician orders are current and up to date
