Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our client’s leading therapy organization with 30+ years of industry experience. This full-time role supports patients in skilled nursing, home health, senior living, outpatient, and hospital settings.

You will evaluate functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve quality outcomes while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program; NBCOT certification as OTR if required by state.
• Current OT license in the state of practice in Florida.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are current and up to date.
