Quality Talent Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in Florida. The organization has 30+ years of industry-leading experience with a nationwide network of 8,000+ therapists in multiple settings, including skilled nursing, home health, and outpatient.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes while maintaining accurate regulatory

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if state requires it.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and up to date.

Qualifications
