Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. You will assess functional abilities, create evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver interventions that promote independence, safety, and quality of life.

You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation, and educate patients, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Occupational Therapist in geriatric or post-acute care preferred.
• Ability to develop evidence-based treatment plans and document patient progress.
• Strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and families.

Responsibilities
