Renewal Rehab seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. You will assess abilities, develop and adjust treatment plans, and deliver interventions focused on independence and safety.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document progress accurately, and educate patients, families, and staff while enjoying a supportive culture that encourages mentorship and professional growth.
