Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using clinical observations and standardized tools.
• Treatment & Education: Create personalized treatment plans to enhance functional abilities. Educate clients and families on daily activity modifications and home adaptations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely records of evaluations, progress, and plans in line with standards.
• Advocacy: Support clients in accessing community resources and needed accommodations.
