  • Recommend and train patients on assistive devices, adaptive techniques, and environmental modifications.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support whole-person care.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on techniques for long-term success at home and in the community.
  • Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress, and discharge plans accurately and in a timely manner.
